Bar Manager Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of a vibrant, high‑volume restaurant bar at the heart of a prestigious Hitchin Operations.
* Set the tone for service excellence, leading from the front, shaping the guest experience and ensuring every cocktail, interaction and detail reflects premium standards.
* Drive operational excellence, develop the team, and play a key role in elevating the bar’s reputation.
* Act as the host with a friendly, welcoming face for all guests, delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
* Manage a premium restaurant bar, maintaining exceptional service standards, training programmes and well‑structured processes.
Bar Manager Qualifications
* Proven experience managing a premium restaurant bar.
* Track record of running a high‑volume cocktail bar operation with exceptional service standards, training programmes and well‑structured processes.
* Natural leadership skills with the ability to recruit, inspire and develop a high‑performing bar team.
* Strong commercial awareness, including labour control, beverage margins and cost management.
* Excellent organisation with meticulous stock control and operational discipline.
* A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
* Ambition and drive to grow within a successful hospitality group.
