We are looking for a talented, well‑organised individual with a passion for fine dining and food & beverage to manage and develop the F&B team in a 5‑star hotel.

* Manage the team and ensure staff morale is high.
* Oversee training and development.
* Ensure a 5* level of service is delivered.
* Conduct staff reviews and address training needs.
* Work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager.
* Report to the F&B Director.
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience in a 5* hotel or high‑end restaurant.
* Fine dining experience is a must.
* Strong knowledge of food and beverage.
* Well‑organised with an eye for detail.
* A born leader with excellent communication skills.
