Operations Manager | Flexible Packaging | South West England | Up to £50k

You will be responsible for:
* Overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations across print, lamination, and finishing departments
* Driving operational performance to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets
* Managing and developing production teams, including supervisors and team leaders
* Managing production planning and coordinating with supply chain to meet customer demand
* Leading problem-solving activities to reduce downtime, waste, and defects
