- 30,500 39 hours per week | 7?day rota pattern The General Building Engineer plays an important part in ensuring the planned and reactive maintenance work within the facility is carried out in a safe, compliant and timely manner.
The Role Ensuring availability of critical parts for statutory tasks and managing remedial tasks in the CAFM system.
Performing general and semi-skilled maintenance activities, including security systems like CCTV and alarms.
Conducting monthly checks and tests of fire extinguisher equipment, fire hydrants, and hoses.
Completing quarterly RCD testing and inspect Misting Units.
Maintaining fire doors and performing flushing and tap temperature tests as per water risk assessments.
Undertaking monthly and annual emergency lighting checks. xxuwjjq
