Were recruiting for a field and office-based Sales Representative focused purely on winning new business within the automotive workshop sector. This is a hunting role, targeting independent garages, MOT stations, fast-fit centres, and small workshop operators who are not currently customers. You will be responsible for: Generating your own leads through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals Following up marketing and inbound enquiries Conducting site visits and understanding customer requirements Preparing and presenting tailored quotations Closing new business and hitting monthly/quarterly targets Building and managing your pipeline through CRM You will spend part of your week in the office for training, planning, and support, and the rest in the field actively developing new opportunities. Whats important: Proven sales background with a track record of winning new business Confident with cold outreach and face-to-face selling Self-motivated and target-driven Full UK driving licence required
