Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager within construction
* Strong contractual knowledge including JCT and NEC contracts
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent client management, negotiation and reporting skills
* Quantity Surveying qualification (HNC/HND or Degree level preferred)
* Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams
* Experience within façades, glazing, cladding or main contracting advantageous
Key Duties
* Manage commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects
* Prepare CVRs, budgets, cashflow forecasts and tender documentation
* Monitor project costs, variations and change control
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors and project delivery teams
* Procure subcontractors and manage valuations/payments
* Attend site meetings and support project delivery
* Lead and manage direct reports within the commercial team
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
