A leading UK law firm are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join it’s national corporate team in Reading.
Role
You will join a nation wide corporate team of 70 lawyers who advise on all types of corporate law, specifically high value complex transactions. Work will include mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital trust investment as well as general corporate advisory work. Clients include those in the retail, education, IT and telecoms industry.
You
Please apply if you are an Associate or Senior Associate (2 years+ PQE) from a well regarded corporate department. The team are looking to make more than one hire. You must have experience in a broad range of corporate matters including private company M&A. Experience in private equity would be useful but is not essential.
