Job description HGV Class 1 on going temp/temp to perm, perm contract Full time - Safely operate a commercial vehicle, flatbed, to transport goods, large bagged, dry aggregates for the building trade. Local deliveries 3/4 loads a day Long terms temporary contracts available, with potential permanent positions - Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving - Secure the load - Daily vehicle checks - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption - Communicate with transport and customers to coordinate delivery schedules -hours of work 06:00/07:00 start Monday to Friday. Guaranteed 10 hours pay a day 2 hour driving assessment (paid) before commencing work Skills: - Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record, with minimum 1 years experience - Proven experience as a truck driver or delivery driver - Commercial driving experience preferred - Ability to operate a flatbed truck is a plus - Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations - Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines - PPE Safety footwear and Hi vis - Good communication skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and other team members Call the Recruitment Team on 07506 680506
