As an Office / Marketing Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
1. General Administration: Managing day-to-day office tasks such as filing, data entry, emails, chasing payments, and preparing correspondence and bills for customers.
2. Marketing Support: Assisting with social media by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, taking photos, and monitoring online communications.
3. Customer Service: Providing excellent service through face-to-face, phone, email, and social media communication. Proposing offers to existing customers and supporting with inquiries.
4. Supporting other organizational tasks, including cleaning and ensuring site safety.
Requirements for the Office / Marketing Assistant role include:
* Experience in an office and customer-facing environment
* IT and marketing skills, social media savvy, and creative content creation abilities
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Flexibility to adapt to changing needs
This is a temporary, seasonal position until November, working part-time (4 days per week, Tuesday to Friday). You will be based on-site in the Llandudno area, earning approximately £13 per hour.
