Service Administrator / Coordinator required by client who is an Engineering company near Uttoxeter.
Salary: circa 25k based on 39 hours per week
Essentially the main part of the Service Controllers role is to manage the engineers on a day to day basis. You will be required to organise engineers to complete routine planned maintenance, remedial work and emergency breakdowns/ callouts. You will be expected to promptly organise appropriate resources to resolve situations quickly and ensure communication is kept flowing, externally and internally.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Co-ordinate breakdowns and services for your depot by allocating to an engineer and liaising with the customer to ensure minimal downtime to the customer’s machine.
* Chase the customer for order numbers for quoted works.
* Keep constant communication with the customer to give them updates on all breakdowns / jobs.
* Issue Paperwork / Analysis Reports
* Resolve all customer invoice queries.
