QHSE Manager iGii has a new opportunity for an experienced QHSE Manager to lead our Quality team. You will be focused on delivering a consistent quality product to a range of global customers. Your purpose in the Role: You will be accountable for delivering Quality and HSE outcomes at iGii. This will be achieved through an internal team and third-party support. What you will do and how you will succeed: Lead our Quality Department and be our Product Quality Authority Be the primary point of contact for all Customers related to product Quality Improve replicability and reduce variability of a manufactured products Have expertise in the systems and processes that control and assure quality of Laboratory based deliverables Lead a cycle of continuous improvement related to our QMS, lead audit and resolution of quality issues. Maintain relevant ISO9001, 45001 and meet H&S regulatory requirements. Provide point of contact for HSE 3rd party support. Manage contractors and 3rd party agencies in the execution of iGii objectives, including related to facilities management. Who we are looking for: The essential experience, skills and education we are looking for you to demonstrate: Your prior experience was considered strategic as well as tactical – your planning process captured at least 1 year in advance, maintaining a view of up to 3 years You are likely to have built this experience over 10 years in industry Experience working as the Quality Authority in a mixed purpose light manufacturing and laboratory-based environment Laboratory and Production based KPI delivery (e.g. Right first time, compliance to GLP/GMP standards) Operating continuous improvement initiatives Utilising statistical tools and root cause analysis methods to make data informed decisions Setting and achieving a programme of compliance through a team of internal auditors Extensive experience liaising with third party contractors Evaluating adherence to SLA Significant experience working with ISO certification and monitoring audits specifically, ISO9001 and ISO45001 To be successful you will have excellent communications skills and enjoy working across disciplines, being prepared to get into the weeds while able to communicate with global level customers We like to see commitment to personal and professional growth, share with us how you have a growth mindset Willingness to travel between our two sites in Stirling and internationally from time-to-time Desirable experience, skills and education which would be advantageous: Worked within the ISO13485 framework Relevant degree (or advanced education in Quality and Health & Safety) within a technical discipline Experience in a scaling business What we offer This role is offered as a full-time position, working hours are 37.5 hours per week and is anticipated to be office-based for the first 6 months.
