The Family Placement team is a well-established covering Fostering, Adoption, Kinship, and Supported Carers Services. The successful candidate will be required to carry an individual caseload, undertake duty on a rota basis, support resource provision for children in need of alternative care, mentor others and contribute towards service development. Applications are welcomed from experienced registered Social Workers who meet our Advanced Practitioner criteria: Minimum 3 years post qualifying experience, accompanied by Evidence of Post Graduate Qualification, or Evidence of additional learning and development, and Management of Complex Cases commitment to undertake Post Graduate Qualification if successful This is based on a Social WorkeWr committed to practicing at a higher level of competence derived from the accumulation of experience, level of expertise (academic and developmental) and the ability to confidently engage with situations that present greater risk and complexity.
