About The Role
As an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything you do. You will plan and implement engaging activities for our Residents, support fundraising events, and work closely with the care team to enhance residents' social lives, always with compassion and understanding.
We seek someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally in developing activity programmes. Your positive energy, excellent planning, organisational, and IT skills, along with your considerate communication, are essential. Safeguarding awareness is crucial, including recognizing signs of abuse or neglect and knowing how to respond appropriately.
