We are now seeking an exceptional Programme Director to lead this vital work at a defining moment in our history. Working closely with our CEO, Executive Team, and Board, you will:
* Shape and deliver our 2025–2030 programme strategy, including developing 5,000 future leaders and establishing a global “Change in Action Hub” for collaboration and thought leadership.
* Design, oversee, and deliver transformative programmes that deepen engagement with young people.
* Secure resources and build partnerships to expand our reach and impact.
* Serve as an ambassador for Cumberland Lodge, inspiring confidence among stakeholders and donors.
This is a senior leadership role for someone with strategic vision, creativity, energy, and the ability to inspire others. You will combine educational experience and intellectual curiosity with practical know-how, and have the presence and credibility to represent Cumberland Lodge with broad-ranging stakeholders and partners.
