What You'll Do As a Deputy Manager you will the Home Manager in the daily running of the home.
Create a warm, homely environment by helping with daily activities and paperwork.
Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
Plan and attend important meetings with Families and Social Workers Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Where You'll Do It Springfield House is made up of 2 homes with a 'Whole approach' which are registered to support 9 young people.
Our management team is made up of 1 Registered manager and 2 Deputy Managers to support.
We focus on the health and wellbeing of our young people, promoting activities and days out as often as possible.
