Executive Assistant Role
Full-time, permanent role
5 days a week in Hemel Hempstead

This company are looking for a self-sufficient, energetic & competent Executive Assistant, to sit under and support 2 main Directors of a business, as well as other Directos as/when required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategically managing intricate calendars and prioritising meetings, while also serving as the primary point of contact, fielding and responding to calls and emails on behalf of the 2 main Directors in the business.
2. Organizing and updating critical project documentation, including contracts, permits, and blueprints. This can involve tracking project milestones, and deadlines.
3. Planning agendas, coordinating logistics for various meetings (internal, board, client), taking detailed minutes, and tracking follow-up action items to completion.
4. Arranging complex domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and ground transport, then accurately processing associated expenses and invoices.
5. Assisting with general finance records, processing purchase orders, monitoring budgets, and sometimes providing support for HR functions like recruitment and onboarding new staff.
