We have an exciting opportunity for a Female Support Worker to join our team in Wokingham!
Who Will You Be Supporting?
You will be supporting three wonderful individuals (two men and one lady) with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy. One gentleman requires 24-hour support due to being partially blind, having epilepsy, and potential behaviours of distress. Social Events: Community Activities: Engaging in various community activities.
Each day will be different, but you will be supporting with:
Personal Care: Providing assistance with personal care tasks.
Community Support: Offering 1:1 and 2:1 support when out in the community.
Supporting individuals who use wheelchairs.
Preparing meals and supporting residents with their dietary needs.
Emotional Support: Experienced with Disabilities: Comfortable working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy.
