As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll manage your own pipeline of projects, guiding clients through onboarding and supporting agents in solving challenges in property sales, lettings accounting, and property management. You’ll tailor solutions, set clear expectations, and ensure smooth migration to Street.co.uk, including data transition and account configuration.
Working with a team of former estate agents passionate about transforming the industry, you'll help agents improve workflows. About the role
* Become an expert in Street.co.uk features including sales, lettings management, and client accounting.
* Lead clients through onboarding, from system migration to going live, ensuring a smooth process.
* Work with diverse clients across the UK, from small independents to large multi-branch agencies.
* Gather client feedback and feature requests, sharing insights with the development team.
* Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and conducting follow-ups.
* Stay updated with new features and product improvements.

About you
* Experience in lettings management, lettings accounting, or property management, with an interest in tech roles.
* Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
* Tech-savvy, process-driven, eager to learn new systems.
* Curious, conscientious, self-motivated, able to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, committed to customer experience.
Hybrid working - up to 3 days remote per week
