Property Surveyor
Cornwall
Contract role, 8am-5pm, £27 – £32 per hour

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Property Surveyors based in Cornwall.
Day to Day duties of the Property Surveyor:
1. Carry out technical planned maintenance surveys in a social housing setting
2. Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements.
3. Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
4. Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
5. Have experience carrying out Kitchen, Bathroom, roofing, window and cyclical maintenance surveys in a social housing setting
6. Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying
7. Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry
