Marketing Manager

We are hiring for an ambitious and creative Marketing Manager to join one of Suffolks most distinctive luxury hospitality destinations. Combining a boutique hotel, award-winning restaurant, luxury spa, and exclusive townhouse accommodation, our client has established a reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences within a refined countryside setting.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the propertys marketing function, driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and commercial performance across multiple revenue streams. Working closely with senior leadership and departmental stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of the brands growth while maintaining the high standards and premium positioning for which the business is known.
What youll do
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across the hotel, restaurant, spa, and wider hospitality offering. You will create and manage digital marketing campaigns, oversee social media activity, coordinate content creation, and ensure all marketing initiatives align with the brands positioning and commercial objectives.
Working closely with an external agency on specialist projects and collaborating with a videographer to produce engaging visual content, you will utilise an extensive library of existing brand assets while continuously identifying new opportunities to enhance the propertys market presence.
You will take ownership of website updates, content management, press releases, email marketing activity, and promotional campaigns, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all customer touchpoints. The role will also involve monitoring campaign performance, analysing key metrics, and using data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and maximise return on investment.
A key aspect of the position will be collaborating closely with the Events Manager to promote events, experiences, and seasonal campaigns that drive guest engagement and revenue. As the marketing function continues to evolve, there will be the opportunity to help shape future team growth, including potential responsibility for managing dedicated social media resources.
The successful candidate will work directly alongside the owner and the wider leadership team, contributing ideas, challenging assumptions, and helping to drive innovative marketing initiatives across the business.
What youll need
* Minimum of 3 years marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, luxury services, leisure, or lifestyle sectors
* At least 2 years experience within a hotel, restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment
* Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
* Strong social media management capabilities across multiple platforms
* Excellent understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, analytics, and content marketing
* Experience creating engaging content including copywriting, advertising, and brand communications
* Exposure to corporate partnerships, events marketing, and promotional campaigns
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with strong project management capabilities
* Creative, proactive, and commercially minded approach
* Experience within a boutique hotel, luxury hospitality venue, or similar environment would be highly advantageous
* Availability to support occasional evening and weekend events when required
