Accounts Assistant / Chichester / Finance / Accountancy
A growing Chichester area company are looking to strength the accounts team by recruiting a full time permanent in office Accounts Assistant.
Responsibilities
* Data entry
* Process customer invoicing
* Process supplier invoicing to ensure accuracy against POs and quotes
* Manage bank activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card statements
* Compile weekly supplier payment runs
* Prepare accounts reports
* Assist in the preparation of monthly Management Accounts
* Credit control and administration functions across all departments to ensure payments are collected in a timely manner
Profile
* Qualification to AAT level 3 required, or currently studying AAT
* Experience in a finance role preferable, but not essential. Previous experience of Xero beneficial
* Excellent reporting skills, a keen eye for detail. Advanced Excel experience preferable
* Able to efficiently use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Job Offer
£27-30,000 DOE
