Are you looking to join an enthusiastic Reception team?
Here at Wyndham Duchally Country Estate, we are looking to hire a full-time receptionist to join our team. We are set in beautiful Perthshire and is the ideal base for short breaks and overnight stays in Scotland. Our resort comprises 55 Self-Catering Lodges, 9 Hotel Rooms and a range of onsite facilities nestled within 27 acres of parkland.
What are some of the key tasks in the role?
* Greet every guest with a genuine warm welcome.
* Check in guests in an efficient and friendly manner. Directing the guests to the correct room/lodge and providing information on our resort facilities.
* Check out guests at end of stay. Settle any remaining balance by cash or card transaction.
* Be fully trained in reservations to be able to create and manage all bookings across the resort including accommodation and dining.
* Handles all guest interactions including phone calls, emails, and in person, with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
* Utilise a variety of computer systems including Opera Cloud and Microsoft.
You'll work varied shift patterns, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
Skills and Abilities:
* Previous customer service or reception experience will be beneficial
* Excellent Communications skills, both oral and written
* Professionally presented
* Strong IT skills
* Drivers License preferred
Salary:
The wage is comprising of a base hourly rate of £12.74, plus the opportunity to earn upwards of £750.00 in gratuities and Service Charge. As a member of the Wyndham Duchally team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.
