Role Objective
To be the first point of contact for all questions and queries related to guest stays, spa days, club memberships, or general inquiries. Demonstrating a positive attitude, you will serve as a knowledgeable source of information for guests and colleagues. Your understanding of daily activities, guest numbers, and availability will support the wider team in maximizing utilization.
This role supports various functions including Spa, Wellbeing & Fitness, Main Reception, and management by providing guest data and information.

Responsibilities Include
* Greeting guests warmly and ensuring a smooth check-in process, including registration, offering tours when appropriate, and explaining the welcome pack.
* Handling financial transactions in compliance with GDPR, issuing receipts, and maintaining records securely.
* Checking out guests, settling accounts, managing robe controls, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Addressing feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
* Monitoring CCTV for safety in pool and other areas.
* Tracking headcounts hourly to prevent exceeding maximum bather loads.
* Supporting pool testing when required, after training.
* Leading or supporting guest walks as needed.
* Closing open folios and settling classes in the system.
* Upselling services and managing yield through column management.
* Assisting with scheduling spa staff and services.
* Managing pre-bookings and ensuring accurate billing for all spa services.
* Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of packages and services.
* Staying updated on promotional offers and achieving sales targets by promoting services to guests.
