You will play a key role in creating a positive and structured classroom environment, using effective behaviour management strategies and inclusive teaching approaches. Collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals to implement Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and targeted interventions. To be considered for this position, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification, along with proven experience working within SEND settings.
