Your new role
They are now looking for a Demand Generation and RevOps Manager to oversee the GTM team’s operations. You'll sit within the marketing team's own analytics reporting, CRM coordination, event logistics, and the operational tasks that keep a sales and growth team running.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth
2. Oversee campaign performance measurement, reporting on leads, conversion, andmercial impact
3. Support the development and optimisation of marketing systems and processes to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
4. Design and manage scalable lead nurture and lifecycle campaigns aligned to customer journeys.
5. Maintain and optimise CRM processes to ensure marketing and sales alignment around lead quality and pipeline progression.
6. Collaborate with Sales on targeted account-based and growth-focused initiatives
7. Support the planning and delivery of events, partnerships, and industry activations
8. Work closely with Content and Marketing teams to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns
9. Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and optimisation levers to improve growth and ROI
10. Support broader go-to-market initiatives and growth operations as required
What you'll need to succeed
11. Experience in demand generation, growth marketing, rev ops, or abined marketing operations role.
12. Interested in Finance and the FinTech world is a bonus
13. Experience in Start Up
14. Demonstrable experience with ABM campaign.
15. Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn, X and Google.
16. Confident using HubSpot.
17. Experience with conversion rate optimization or landing page testing.
18. Experience building email automation workflows (HubSpot, Brevo, or similar).
19. Strong organizational skills.
20. Proactive and resourceful.
