Precast Concrete Operatives Location: Worksop, S80 We are currently recruiting Precast Concrete Operatives for a well-established manufacturing company based in Worksop. This is a great opportunity to join a busy production environment with consistent hours and the potential to secure a permanent position after an initial temporary period. Shift Patterns and Pay: Days: 6:00am - 2:30pm - £14.00 per hour plus holiday pay Afternoons: 4:00pm - 12:30am - £16.10 per hour plus holiday pay Nights: 6:00pm - 2:30am - £18.20 per hour plus holiday pay Shifts are Monday to Friday. Overtime is available and paid after 39 hours worked. Role Responsibilities: Carrying out general duties within a precast concrete manufacturing facility Assisting with the production of precast concrete products Preparing and assembling moulds prior to casting Pouring and finishing concrete units Operating machinery used in the production process Working from technical drawings where required Maintaining a safe and clean working environment Requirements: Previous experience working within a precast concrete environment is required Own transport is essential due to the site location and shift patterns Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK Duration: This role is initially temporary, with the opportunity for a permanent position after 12 weeks for suitable candidates.
