We're looking for someone with strong commercial acumen, audit or practice experience, and a natural talent for financial modelling, analysis, and data interpretation. You'll play a key role in driving decision-making, forecasting, and improving visibility across the business. What You'll Be Doing: Prepare and analyse financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Build and maintain cash flow forecasts and management reports Develop and enhance financial models for strategic planning Analyse trends, identify anomalies, and present clear data insights Improve internal controls and support audit and compliance activity What We're Looking For: ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified or part-qualified 3-5 years' experience in a commercial or practice finance role Strong technical and analytical skills - confident with Excel and ideally tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau A proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset Experience with NetSuite (desirable, not essential) The Small Print: Based in our London office, Monday to Friday Starting salary: £45,000-£55,000, with potential 10% increase after 6 months Annual bonus based on performance 33 days annual leave, pension, socials, and ongoing training Ready to make your mark and grow with a business that's going places?
