The Opportunity
This is a career-defining role for a strategic finance change leader who thrives on shaping the future of finance. You'll sit at the heart of a business-wide transformation, working alongside the Finance Leadership Team, and key business stakeholders to reimagine processes, systems, and performance capabilities.
From process automation and ERP implementation to data-driven decision-making and operating model redesign, you'll play a pivotal role in modernising how finance delivers value to the business, as well as being apart of their long term future and plans.
What You'll Do
* Lead the design and delivery of the finance transformation roadmap, aligned to business strategy.
* Partner with senior executives to define the future-state operating model, processes, and technology landscape.
* Drive the successful implementation of new ERP and reporting systems, ensuring integration and adoption across all finance functions.
* Oversee key workstreams including process optimisation, automation, data governance, and change management.
* Champion continuous improvement, standardisation, and scalability across finance operations.
* Build and mentor a high-performing transformation team while engaging cross-functional stakeholders to deliver sustainable change.
* Report progress against KPIs, ensuring benefits realisation and return on investment are achieved.
What We're Looking For
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with extensive post-qualification experience in finance leadership roles.
* Proven experience leading large-scale finance transformation programmes within complex, multi-entity organisations.
* Strong understanding of finance operating models, shared services, systems, and process improvement methodologies.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills – able to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment at senior levels.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and delivery.
* Experience in change management, digital transformation, and continuous improvement cultures.
