The Opportunity
We're working with a globally recognised luxury brand that is continuing to invest in its digital and ecommerce capability. As part of this growth, they're looking to hire an Ecommerce CRM Executive to take ownership of email marketing, customer lifecycle campaigns, and CRM performance.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing the CRM ecosystem, with a focus on email marketing, segmentation, and lifecycle communications. Working across platforms such as Klaviyo and customer service tools, you'll help deliver personalised, data-driven campaigns that enhance engagement and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage email marketing campaigns, aligning with product launches and commercial priorities
* Build and optimise lifecycle journeys including onboarding, retention, and re-engagement
* Develop targeted customer segments based on behaviour and purchase history
* Deliver personalised campaigns for high-value and VIP customer groups
* Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise through testing and insights
* Support customer service platforms to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience
* Work closely with internal teams to align CRM activity with wider ecommerce strategy
* Use customer data and feedback to improve overall customer experience
What We're Looking For
* 2–4 years' experience in CRM, ecommerce, or email marketing
* Strong experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms
* Understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer retention strategies
* Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable campaigns
* Experience working with customer service or support platforms is beneficial
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
