We’re now looking for a driven Chartered Structural Engineer to join our growing team in Berkshire.
What You’ll Do
* Lead on building structures projects, from surveys and investigations through to detailed design.
* Deliver hands-on technical work while also gaining exposure to the commercial side of the business.
* Prepare tender documents and play an active role in securing new projects.
* Build strong, lasting client relationships based on trust and expertise.
* Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team where your ideas matter.
What We’re Looking For
* Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE or equivalent) with at least 10 years’ post-graduate experience.
* Proven track record in building structures (steel, concrete, timber, masonry).
* A proactive, curious professional who thrives on problem-solving.
* Strong communicator, able to explain complex solutions in plain English.
* A team player with ambition to grow personally, professionally, and financially.
