The Role
The Deloitte Internal Communication teams are looking for Change Communications Manager with experience of delivering a range of campaigns/programme and change communications. You’ll be supporting a large portfolio of cross functional change programmes and IT projects in Central Business Services(CBS) for Engagement Support Services; supporting stakeholders with set-up, issues, reporting and continuous improvement of services for customer across the business.
Deliverables: Responsibilities but not limited to:
1. Support Cross Functional Change Programmes with all change impacting CBS function.
2. Support the large portfolio of change with completion of change impact assessments for these projects, create creative change comms plans, adoption strategies and reporting.
3. Provide change communications support by advising stakeholders on how to implement the change to customers.
4. Work closely with project leads and Change Communications Lead on wider team activity to drive the communications platform and technology improvements.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand issues and provide business communication support across businesses functions.
Essential experience/ Background/ Core Skills
Must have strong Internal Communications experience with broad business experience in delivering transformation projects, customer improvement programmes and IT communications projects including Ways of Workings, AI, Quality Risk Security (QRS) and organisational design.
Change Communications experience is essential – able to advise and guide senior stakeholders on how to implement the change and best deliver service to customers.
Internal communications experience is essential - Own, develop, deliver and measure the communication plan and change management plan within the transformation journey. Knowledge of multiple internal communication platforms and channels.
Excellent copywriting skills - Create compelling, high-impact content, briefing packs and campaigns that’s consistent with Deloitte’s Content Principles and tone of voice.
Stakeholder Management – provide communication support for business partners and senior stakeholders across the function is key. Define engagement plan. Listen, understand and playback to stakeholders. Able to influence senior stakeholders with compelling propositions and work with communications teams across geographies.
Reporting and Analysis – report on the effectiveness of campaign communications, using tools and methodologies to measure performance. Use insights to make recommendations for improvements to stakeholders and provide impact analysis.
