About the Company
MTrec proudly represents a unique customer service client seeking a Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Advisor. You will work from home with excellent support infrastructure, training, and equipment provided. Travel to the office every 3 to 4 months for training or meetings is required.
Role Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from consumers and distributors.
* Address customer inquiries via telephone and email in Norwegian and English.
* Provide quality advice and information.
* Resolve queries and update customers on their inquiries.
* Process inbound calls accurately and efficiently.
* Assist colleagues during downtime.
* Maintain a positive, professional attitude and deliver high customer service standards.
* Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
* Fluent in Norwegian and English.
* Customer service experience.
* Ability to provide courteous, professional service.
* Great team player, motivated to solve customer problems.
