Location - East Kilbride
Salary £30,000
Hours 37.5hrs. Mon to Thurs (4 day working week) Mon - Wed 7am - 5.15 Thurs 7am - 4.45
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
My client are seeking an experienced administrator, ideally from a QHSE or manufacturing background to join them in their head office based in East Kilbride on a permanent basis. This is a brand new role being brought to the market due to growth within the business.
You will support the QHSE manager and wider team with all aspects of administration, this role could also progress into a Quality Engineer role in the long term for someone that may be interested in this as a career path, however this is not a path that is expected to be taken.
Key Responsibilities
* Document control, managing the life cycle of all key documents
* Assist manager with audits
* Support with the monitoring and implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO14001
* Daily reporting - intermediate level of excel skills are required
* Maintain health & safety records
* Analyse data for reporting purposes
* Deal with any customer and supplier complains that come into department and escalate to appropriate person
Skills & Experience
* Quality, Health & Safety or manufacturing will be considered
* Strong Administration background
* Proficient on all Microsoft Office packages
* Intermediate level excel user
* Excellent English and communication skills
* Willingness and ability to learn
* Ideally seeking a long-term career within Quality
