Immediate Opening: Front Desk Receptionist (1-Month Contract)
Location: Kirkland, WA
Duration: 1 Month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Type: Full-Time, Contract
We’re urgently hiring a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to support our client located in Kirkland, WA for a short-term, 1-month assignment. Candidates need to be reliable and on-time for a fully onsite role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism
* Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
* Handle mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently
* Keep the reception area clean and organized
* Support administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and data entry
* Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires and guests
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of front desk or administrative experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience with vendor coordination and badge access systems
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Professional appearance and demeanor
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
