Role Overview
Total package: Up to £73,808 per annum (7 bed children’s home) plus 10% annual bonus and 30% bonus accrued each year.
As a Registered Manager you will ensure the home environment supports young people’s safety, security and motivation. You will manage day‑to‑day operations, maintain Ofsted compliance, handle new referrals and lead the care team.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations and staff performance.
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements.
* Handle new referrals and support continuous development of young people.
* Maintain a safe, secure and motivating environment for staff and young people.

* Base salary: £51,331 – £63,553.
* Bonus of 10% of salary reviewed annually, £2,500 on‑call bonus (≈10 weekends) and £1,400 attendance allowance.

Qualifications & Experience
* Experience managing/ofsted rated good or outstanding children’s home.
* A committed and enthusiastic leader passionate about making a difference.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
* UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
