Responsibilities
* Negotiating pricing and contracts confidently and professionally.
* Working closely with our technical and commercial teams to support customer success.
* Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets with full CRM accountability.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development.
* Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
* Highly motivated, proactive and confident generating your own leads.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy pipeline.
* Experience in Aftersales or renewals (desirable).
* Interest in technology or engineering‑related products (advantageous).
* Salesforce experience would be desirable.
