We're seeking a Duty Manager to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Daily operational lead for Front of House area that comprises of Check-In/Boarding/Dispatch/Operations functions
* Act as the first point of contact for the customer relating to site operation matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong engagement.
* Demonstrate an operational leadership style, taking full responsibility for driving an engagement culture in the operation
* Develop your TDM according to your Roles & Responsibilities and validate it with your immediate leader
* Assign tasks according to daily resource planning received from Second Line Leadership
* Track team and individual performance of the employees.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Aviation or DHL experience preferable.
* Customer service experience required
* Operations experience managing a team
* Microsoft Packages - Excel, PowerPoint, word

To obtain a full airside ID, you must:
* Be able to provide five years' address history
* Be able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
* Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
