The Intermediate & Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Opportunity: We are recruiting for an Intermediate and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for a permanent, full-time role based in Bristol, with hybrid flexibility (2–3 days per week in the office). Intermediate Mechanical Engineer : A chance to develop technical skills within detailed designs whilst also beginning to lead on own projects. Senior Mechanical Engineer: A strong client-facing element with leadership on flagship projects. Offers a chance to mentor and support Junior and Intermediate engineers. Key Responsibilities: Leading/supporting the mechanical design of plantrooms and ground source heat pump systems for residential and commercial projects. Produce detailed design layouts, schematics, and technical documentation for installations, including plant rooms, energy centres, and low-temperature heating systems. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery from concept through to completion.
