Overview
My client, an Engineering company based nr Stourport-on-Severn is looking to recruit an Admin Assistant on a Permanent basis.
You will join a small team where you will be responsible for supporting a range of site activities, from front-of-house reception work and document control to managing the stores database and assist with deliveries for the engineering team.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for both visitors and phone calls
* Processing purchase orders
* Managing invoices
* Maintaining the site and supporting with general admin tasks
* Managing stationery orders
* Supporting the Maintenance Manager with audits
* Supporting with site tours and visitors
* Manage deliveries against delivery notes
Qualifications
* Ideally have previous experience in a similar role with an Engineering environment
* Strong IT skills especially MS Office
* Excellent Communication skills
* Be happy to work independently a lot of the time
Details
The hours required for this role are Mon-Fri (Apply online only) (35 hour week)
