Customer Service Representative
Do you have Customer Service experience? Then this could be the job for you.
The perfect candidate will be interacting with customers over the phone to provide the first-class service we are well known for.
We are looking for applicants who have the following skills:
1. Strong customer service experience, ideally within a telesales environment
2. Great telephone manners and email writing skills
3. Ability to engage with customers on the phone in a friendly, empathetic, and professional way
4. Can happily take ownership of queries and ensure that these are followed through to resolution
5. Strong IT skills (or willingness to learn)
6. Eligibility to live and work in the UK
7. A good standard of spoken English
Responsibilities of the role:
8. Provide a high quality of service to our customers
9. Understand and complete processes in accordance with company policies
10. Handle a high volume of telephone and email enquiries adhering to company standards
11. Provide information about products or services
12. Feeding issues back to the wider business
