Early Years Practitioner

Join a welcoming and well-established Pre-School in the Kirkham / Fylde area as an Early Years Practitioner. This role offers a nurturing and stimulating environment where you can contribute significantly to the early development and care of young children. We are looking for passionate individuals who are primarily Level 3 qualified in Early Years education. Level 2 are also needed so please do not hesitate to apply if you are level 2 qualified.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Normal working hours of 8:00 -17:00
* Provide high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS standards.
* Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children and families.
* Support children through play-based learning, structured activities, and outdoor exploration.
* Observe, support, and encourage children’s development and learning.
* Carry out personal care routines with comfort.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive nursery ethos.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 2 will also be considered).
* Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
* A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach to childcare.
* Availability to work 3–5 days per week.
* A genuine passion for early childhood development.
