We are hiring for a talented Client Account Director
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to a portfolio of our top-tier corporate clients.
* Own the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, renewal, retention, and expansion.
* Build and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and deepen engagement.
* Conduct quarterly business reviews to track progress, share insights, and identify new needs.
* Collaborate with the Business Development team to transition new clients into active partnerships.
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams—including product, operations, and instructors—to ensure high-quality delivery.
* Monitor and report on key account metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
* Partner with senior leaders at WSP, including the Chief Revenue Officer and Managing Director, to shape strategy and maximize impact across the corporate vertical.
What You Bring
* 5+ years of account management experience, with a strong focus on client retention, upselling, and relationship-building.
* Proven success managing renewal cycles and growing revenue within existing accounts.
* Strong preference for candidates with experience in financial services (investment banking, asset management, private equity, corporate finance).
* Strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex organizations to identify new opportunities.
* Highly independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills—especially with senior stakeholders.
* Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail across a portfolio of clients.
