Job Description
Currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects valued up to £20million; mixture of new build and refurbishment schemes in the DfE, NHS & MOD sector.
This is a pivotal role where you will act as the number one on site, taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to handover. You will provide clear leadership, drive programme performance, manage client relationships and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and commercial control are maintained throughout the build process.
Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager
* Lead projects end to end as the on site Project Lead
* Manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners
* Maintain programme, budget, and quality targets
* Ensure full compliance with H&S and regulatory standards
* Act as the primary point of contract for clients and stakeholders
* Drive collaboration across design, commercial and operational teams
Requirements for the Project Manager
* Proven experience delivering projects up to £20million as a Project lead
* Experience with technically challenging, logistically challenging schemes
* Strong track record as a the Number 1 on site for full build life cycle
* Experience delivering Education, NHS and/or MOD projects desirable.
* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong commercial awareness and programme management capability
