Location: Nationwide (Remote with travel)

The Role
Our client is seeking a Corporate Business Development Manager to join their Industrial & Commercial division and drive high-value growth. This strategic, field-based position involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing a strong pipeline, and delivering tailored solutions that showcase their business model.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through tenders and strategic proposals.
* Lead the full sales cycle - from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and contract close.
* Manage a robust pipeline worth £15–20 million, with individual contracts averaging £1.5 million.
* Collaborate internally to ensure smooth handovers and exceptional client experience.
* Promote sustainable waste management solutions that deliver real value to clients.
About You
* Proven success in field-based business development (3+ years).
* Experience selling contracted services worth £1m+ annually.
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of tendering processes.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident engaging at all business levels.
* Knowledge of waste management or related legislation is a bonus, but not essential.
