Full time - fixed term until March 31st 2026. Are you passionate about improving workplace culture through Learning & Development? We are looking for a highly organised, professional, confident OD Adviser to join our Organisational Development team at RBH.
As our OD Adviser you will provide support to both the OD Manager and OD Business Partners in ensuring the efficient delivery of recruitment, training and OD initiatives across RBH. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to identify learning needs and source suitable solutions, supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives across the organisation alongside supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

* The ability to develop engaging written and digital content
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with an LMS platform
