About the role
In your role as a Compliance Administrator, you will provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of the Office.
In this role your key responsibilities will include:
* Monitor and respond to company inboxes
* Maintain and update QHSE documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
* Manage and maintain Health & Safety accreditation portals
* Coordinate and administer the sub-contractor approval process, ensuring all required compliance documentation is received, verified, and recorded.
* Process, record, and maintain DBS checks in line with company requirements.
* Liaise with Fleet Management to ensure completion and recording of annual driving licence checks via the DVLA system.
* Record workplace accidents and maintain accurate accident statistics and reports.
* Create and issue compliance documentation and new starter packs.
* Maintain and update the QHSE instruction folder, ensuring process updates are communicated and documented.
* Arrange, record, and monitor Health & Safety and compliance training.
* Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentation.
Essential qualifications, experience and skills required for the role:
* Organised and self-motivated
* Competent Microsoft Office user
* Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and written
* Attention to detail
* Customer focused
* A pleasant and friendly "can do" attitude
* Good telephone manner
