Personal Assistant – Property Development

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organised Personal Assistant to support the CEO and his team within a growing Property Development Company. This varied position involves managing administration, finance support, and coordination across multiple projects — perfect for someone proactive and detail-driven who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage diaries, inboxes, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
*
Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence.
*
Process expenses, invoices, and monthly pay-runs for subcontractors and consultants.
*
Acting as the first point of contact for suppliers, subcontractors, and external partners.
*
Maintain digital filing systems and support smooth day-to-day operations.
About You
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*
Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude.
*
Degree in Business, Finance, Law, Management, or related field.
*
Previous experience as a PA, Office Manager, or Team Assistant desirable.
