A highly respected global Executive Search consultancy based in the heart of Mayfair is seeking two experienced and dynamic Executive Assistants with a strong background in project work.
Our client is looking for polished, professional EAs with at least 3 years’ experience in an EA/Business Partner capacity, combining project management and C-suite level executive support.
Experience within Executive Search is essential for these roles, and unfortunately applications from candidates without EA experience within executive search cannot be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* High-level Executive Assistant support: proofreading, formatting and compiling key reports and documentation.
* End-to-end project coordination, including regular client liaison.
* Complex diary and inbox management for senior stakeholders.
* Arranging global travel and coordinating meetings for external clients and senior-level candidates.
* Maintaining and updating a sophisticated CRM/database system.
* Producing high-quality PowerPoint presentations and client document packs.
This is a fast-paced, highly involved role where no two days are the same. You’ll be a central part of the team - liaising directly with high-profile clients and candidates, managing sensitive information and playing a key role in driving projects forward.
To succeed in this role, you will be adaptable, resourceful and a natural communicator who thrives on being one step ahead in a high-pressure environment. You will be supremely organised and have a proactive approach to problem-solving and enjoy being the go-to person for senior stakeholders.

* Working hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
* Hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
* Location: Mayfair
* Salary: £55,000 + outstanding benefits package including bonus
