This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in a supportive, fast paced environment where no two days are the same. So, what’s the job? You’ll be the first point of contact from customers reporting travel related losses (e.g. cancellations, delays lost luggage). You’ll gather and document accurate information to initiate the claims process. You’ll provide clear guidance on the next steps in the claims journey. You’ll enter data into our internal systems with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll escalate urgent or complex issues to senior team members And what are we looking for? You’ll be fluent in Italian and English (both verbally and written). You’ll have strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. You’ll have and calm and professional phone manner. You’ll have the ability to multitask and work in a structured environment. You’ll be computer literate and a team player who is motivated to learn.
