Job Title: Europe IGT-Devices Regional Business Leader
Job Description: The Europe Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D) Regional Business Leader will lead the IGT-D business unit across Europe, driving revenue, margin, and service growth while shaping the strategic direction of the business. Your leadership will directly influence market share growth, customer satisfaction, and the success of new product launches in critical healthcare technology segments. This role can be located in any European Philips hub location.
Your role: The Europe IGT-D Regional Business Leader will develop a high-impact business at a continental scale, develop leadership capabilities, and influence healthcare innovations across Europe. This role offers exposure to executive decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic growth in a competitive medical devices market.
1. P&L and Sales Growth Ownership: Own the P&L of the IGT-D business in Europe. Drive revenue, margin, and service growth through various sales channels.
2. Leadership and Team Management: Lead sales and clinical teams across Europe, managing directly the 8 IGT-D Zone Business Leaders and indirectly overseeing 160 employees. Provide strategic direction, motivate, coach, and develop talent. Contribute to global and regional leadership teams.
3. Market Strategy and Customer Focus: Develop and execute growth plans aligned with the strategic plan. Build relationships with key opinion leaders and ensure customer satisfaction. Drive new product launches.
4. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop sales strategies for existing and new customers and channels. Manage sales metrics, forecasts, and team performance. Foster teamwork and development to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Key Performance Indicators: Sales Growth, Margin, Market Share, Team Performance, Employee Engagement.
Qualifications: 15+ years in sales/marketing, 5+ years in leadership, healthcare medical devices knowledge, proven sales success in Europe, strong leadership and influence skills, experience managing large teams, change management skills, willingness to travel (~35%).
Work Environment: Field-based role, working outside main facilities at customer or supplier locations.
